The administrator of personal data is EUMOTORS sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Dworska 1A \/ 2, 30-314 Krak\u00f3w, Poland, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0001147077, NIP: 6762684170, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
The User is a person using the website https:\/\/eumotors.eu\/ operated by the Administrator.
The User\u2019s personal data may be processed on the following legal bases:
Necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for the purpose of:
placing orders and fulfilling purchases;
registering a Customer Account (only if the \u201cRegister\u201d option is selected in the shopping cart);
Legal obligation in connection with contract performance (Article 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for handling claims and complaints;
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by providing data via electronic forms on the website, for the purpose of receiving marketing communications;
Legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), for the purpose of:
contacting the User \u2014 responding to inquiries, where the legitimate interest is customer care and communication;
pursuing claims related to the contract, where the Administrator\u2019s legitimate interest is to assert or defend against potential legal claims;
Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), for fulfilling obligations under applicable laws, including accounting and tax regulations.

Retention period: Data collected for account registration or order processing will be stored for the duration of the account\u2019s operation and completion of purchases. The data will also be processed for a period allowing for complaint handling and stored until the expiration of potential claims or the end of the statutory archiving period, especially as required for accounting documents. The Administrator will cease processing personal data based on legitimate interest if an objection to such processing is submitted. If the processing is based on consent, personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.
The User has the right to:
Access \u2013 to obtain confirmation from the Administrator as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. If such data is being processed, the User has the right to access it and obtain the following information: the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed, the storage period or the criteria used to determine that period, the right to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing (Article 15 GDPR);
Receive a copy of the data \u2013 to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. The first copy is free of charge; for any further copies, the Administrator may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs (Article 15(3) GDPR);
Rectification \u2013 to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);
Erasure \u2013 to request deletion of personal data if the Administrator no longer has a legal basis for processing or the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing (Article 17 GDPR);
Restriction of processing \u2013 to request restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR) where:
the accuracy of the personal data is contested \u2013 for a period enabling the Administrator to verify the accuracy of the data;
the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of its use instead;
the Administrator no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
the data subject has objected to processing \u2013 pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Administrator override those of the data subject;
Data portability \u2013 to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller, where the processing is based on consent or a contract, and the processing is carried out by automated means (Article 20 GDPR);
Objection \u2013 to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. In such case, the Administrator shall assess whether there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If the data subject\u2019s interests prevail, the Administrator will be obliged to cease such processing (Article 21 GDPR).
To exercise any of the above rights, the data subject should contact the Administrator using the provided contact details and specify which right they wish to exercise and to what extent.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but for data processed on the basis of legal obligation or for the performance and conclusion of a contract, necessary. Failure to provide such data may prevent the conclusion or performance of the agreement. Failure to provide contact details, including for the purpose of receiving marketing materials, will prevent communication and the delivery of such materials by email or phone.
If the User believes that the Administrator has violated personal data protection regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) regarding such actions.
