EUMotors Sp. z o.o. guarantees that its BLDC motors are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This warranty applies to all products sold and delivered outside the European Union.

1. Warranty Coverage
EUMotors provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of invoice or shipment, or 9 months from the date of installation, whichever occurs first. This warranty applies solely to products manufactured by EUMotors and sold directly by EUMotors or through its authorized distributors.

2. What the Warranty Covers
Within the warranty period, EUMotors will, at its discretion, repair the defective product using new or refurbished components, or replace it with a new or equivalent model. Any replaced or repaired product will remain under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, electrical overload, mechanical impact, or operation beyond specified parameters. It is void if the product is opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons, or if serial numbers or labels are removed or damaged. Normal wear, corrosion, or damage caused by environmental exposure are not covered.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure (Outside EU)
1. Notify EUMotors in writing within the warranty period, providing model, serial number, proof of purchase, and detailed fault description. 2. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from EUMotors before shipment. 3. Ship the product to EUMotors’ facility in Kraków, Poland, at the customer’s expense (including customs clearance). 4. If the fault is confirmed under warranty, EUMotors will repair or replace the product free of charge and cover return shipping. If not covered, a repair or replacement quotation will be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability
EUMotors’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The company shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages such as loss of profits, downtime, or data. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

6. Extended Warranty
For export customers under supply contracts, EUMotors may offer an extended warranty of up to 24 months, subject to individual agreement. Batch inspection reports and traceability documentation can be provided for UAV, defense, or industrial clients.
