The User is a person using the website https://eumotors.eu/ operated by the Administrator.
The User’s personal data may be processed on the following legal bases:
Necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for the purpose of:
placing orders and fulfilling purchases;
registering a Customer Account (only if the “Register” option is selected in the shopping cart);
Legal obligation in connection with contract performance (Article 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for handling claims and complaints;

The User has the right to:
Access – to obtain confirmation from the Administrator as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. If such data is being processed, the User has the right to access it and obtain the following information: the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed, the storage period or the criteria used to determine that period, the right to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing (Article 15 GDPR);
Receive a copy of the data – to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. The first copy is free of charge; for any further copies, the Administrator may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs (Article 15(3) GDPR);
Rectification – to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);
Erasure – to request deletion of personal data if the Administrator no longer has a legal basis for processing or the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing (Article 17 GDPR);
Restriction of processing – to request restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR) where:
the accuracy of the personal data is contested – for a period enabling the Administrator to verify the accuracy of the data;
the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of its use instead;
the Administrator no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
the data subject has objected to processing – pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Administrator override those of the data subject;
Data portability – to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller, where the processing is based on consent or a contract, and the processing is carried out by automated means (Article 20 GDPR);
Objection – to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. In such case, the Administrator shall assess whether there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If the data subject’s interests prevail, the Administrator will be obliged to cease such processing (Article 21 GDPR).
To exercise any of the above rights, the data subject should contact the Administrator using the provided contact details and specify which right they wish to exercise and to what extent.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but for data processed on the basis of legal obligation or for the performance and conclusion of a contract, necessary. Failure to provide such data may prevent the conclusion or performance of the agreement. Failure to provide contact details, including for the purpose of receiving marketing materials, will prevent communication and the delivery of such materials by email or phone.
If the User believes that the Administrator has violated personal data protection regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) regarding such actions.
